New Build Social Housing Development. We were awarded a Design & Build contract with the criteria to meet code 4 for sustainable homes. We employed a team of consultants to produce a specification that would meet the client's criteria. This included the use of modern technologies such as Solar PV, Solar Thermal & Water Harvesting alongside High Specification Insulation.
